Who Can Access Your Data

Personal data is accessed only by authorized departments within DiverSsity, such as:

  • Relevant internal teams responsible for managing commercial, supplier, and service provider relationships;
  • The Communications Department, which handles contact form submissions.

Data Retention

We retain personal data for the time necessary for the purposes stated above:

    • Contact form inquiries: retained as needed to respond, and up to 3 years for commercial statistics;
    • Customers and prospects: up to 3 years from the last contact, or 5 years after the end of a contract;
    • Suppliers and service providers: up to 5 years from the end of the contract;
    • Accounting data: retained for 10 years in accordance with legal obligations;
